I have started collecting HO locomotives since 2005 , this is my first time to control my trains in my own tracks , I have no power packs . The two Atlas locomotives were brought from USA to Hong Kong in April and May 2007 while the static Athearn was bought in Hong Kong in July 2006 .
Under 2.5V , only the Athearn C44-9W cannot start while two Atlas run smoothly .

Ahh the ol' loop of track. Those were the good ol' days. You should consider getting a power pack. They're around $25 and make the circle a lot more interesting. Also don't go though as many batteries
