Default Marion anyone?

Hello, just wondering if anyone goes to Marion Ohio. Any good photo ops? hotels, restaurants? any suggestions.

I go to Marion quite often. There are numerous photo ops, including from AC Tower, where you can see SB NS trains from a ways off. Traffic has been down lately, but there is still enough to be worth a visit on all three lines. They have a museum there, and if you catch George there, he will let you in the tower and show you how to work it. Also, the model railroad is open on Sundays from 2-5. As for restaurants, there is one right by the station, it shares a parking lot. Since I only live 45 minutes away, I can't help you on hotels though.
