Default Something funny...

Your dog is not alone, Mitch!

And to the screener who rejected this, Gracie wants to share her feelings:

Jim, putting aside that backs of heads are as bad as backs of torsos, in this one it isn't so obvious whether that is a real or stuffed animal.

And, I'd want to see a bit more of the scene. Is that dog on a porch, looking our a car window, what? Too tight, a blob rather than an interesting subject.

You're analyzing it way too much, J. Stuffed animal? I'll say this much, if that were a stuffed animal, the person who created it would be the richest stuffed animal creator in the world!

Take it for what it's worth...just a funny pic on a Monday morning. I was 95% sure it would get the PEQ rejection and I had the tongue pic ready to go just for that reason.

Sure, but then why did you waste the screener's time? You could have just put the pic here instead.

It would have worked had you shown Gracie's carrier (ie, the purse you keep her in).

(I'm allowed to make that joke, as the proud owner of a teacup poodle named Skipper.)

Hmm...you may be on to something. I'll keep that in mind.

GOTCHA!

That response was so predictable, J (although I expected someone else to throw it at me). I've had one rejection in two years, I'm pretty sure i've earned at least one "waste-of-the-screener's-time" submission. And I'm sure my 1 of 8 shots in the queue this morning was a big waste of time for the screener to view.

Got me with what???? Are you declaring a victory of some sort?

Maybe had I found the original image humorous in some way, I might have picked up on the mood of the post. Maybe I just missed the thread title, I rarely pay attention to those. NHNF

I am serious, and don't call me Shirley.

Have you seen how many pics i've added to my gallery in 2 years? There are people here who probably have more rejections in 2 years than i've had submissions. If I submitted even a quarter of the shots i've taken in 2 years, I'd probably get kicked off of RP for so many rejections.

Thanks, Ron.

Hey J, look at this...I propped the stuffed animal up on my driver's door before I got out to take a pic of the pushers.
