Default Bad Color - Is it fixed?

Hi all,
I've recently submitted this photo which first had an exposure issue. Then I got hit with the bad color flag.

Since then, I have "fixed" it.

I was wondering if this is adequate and if I can do anything else to improve the chances of getting accepted.
All help is appreciated.

First, it's not level, it tilts left - make the nearest vertical corner on the nose actually vertical. Second, it looks a bit dark, increase exposure and contrast also, I think.

Yup - in regards to the rejection, it's not so much bad color as bad contrast.

Does your editing software have a "Levels" adjustment? It's the FIRST tool I use.
If you software does not have "Levels", get one that does! Contrast will work
in lieu of that as well as "Curves".

With "Levels" your histogram should cover the full range from left to right. In this case, you would slide the white arrow to the left to make that happen - and viola, no more haziness. No lack of contrast.

Mitch - Would this be what you're saying to do?
On an added note, I balanced it in line with the detector box.
