Default Something must be wrong

I woke up this morning to find a Email in my inbox saying Congratulations! One of your recently uploaded photos has made it as one of
the top 2 viewed photos at RailPictures.Net for the past 24 hours!

I would have never thought my roster shot would make it to number two. This is my fist photo to get that!

Congratulations. I love those little SW10s, but you need to go back and put in EMD before the engine to get it in line with the rest of the database, then go find the reporting marks for the grain company. Or even put UP in with the reporting marks. Two of my biggest pet peeves.

Thanks Joe!
I like those SW10's too. I got lucky when I moved to Peoria because the Tazewell & Peoria Railroad here has two of them and I get to see them running all the time.

I have been looking but I haven't been able to find reporting marks for the company. I didn't want to add UP since it's no longer on there roster. I thought I was doing the right thing?

Wasn't the SW10 a brain child of the UP and not EMD????

You're probably right about the UP v. EMD thing, but most of the SW14s in the database are listed as EMD SW14s even though they were an IC concoction. Probably an RP grey area.

Yes, they were built by UP from various other switchers units (SW7's, SW9's, SW1200's etc). Here's an article I found on them. When I worked for NRE I was able to work on a few of them, they are absolutely the best and coolest switchers I've ever seen. Too bad NRE had to ruin the by painting them blue
