Default Worth submitting???

I like this a lot because of the atmosephere and composition. Worth submitting or will it get shot down?

I like it too (but for the signature, If you must, I'd suggest a gray version on the right instead of a white version on the left covering a grabiron). It isn't RP's usual cup of tea but there is no harm in submitting, I'd say it has a chance. I might crop a smidge off the right and add a smidge to the left. Or not.

I concur with that.

Sounds good to me. The signature should be an easy fix. Thats just what I have my LR5watermark set to for exports.

Love these fresh views at Strasburg, however, not a fan of this particular shot.

I think, maybe my own rule, that you need to have a main subject. A secondary subject is a plus. Here, unlike Janusz's "shot of a smoke box" with the CN logo secondary, you instead have two main subjects fighting for attention. Neither particularly strong enough on it's own and somewhat awkward in composition as there is no real start or end point - instead it kind of looks like part of a larger picture cut off.

'Course, that's just my own personal take on it.

Fair enough Mitch.

Thanks for the advice.
