I'm maybe the last person to ask at the moment as I seem to have hit a purple patch of rejects recently, but to my eye.

1) Lighting is OK - nice and low, either evening or early morning and in the right place (over your shoulder)

2) looks like it needs more sharpening - a bit soft

3) Maybe a bit more contrast

4) I would reshoot using a position nearer the tracks, looking down the line more and let the train get further across the frame - then you have a more classic 3/4 view which RP like. At the moment the train is too far left

Shot looks to be leaning slightly CCW. Train is too centered and cut off in the back. (See the Goldman Rule of Wedgies)
