I don't know why the screener chose "Bad Cropping" rather than being honest and saying that it is blurry.

As noted, it is blurry. Did you crop down a lot? It's borderline poor image, as if you cropped a lot of space out. As for the cropping itself, the train is too centered both top to bottom and left to right. I'd like to see more sky, less room on the left and maybe a little bit on the right to see the track trailing off in the distance.
