That's just not a very good shot / location. Are there any ponds free of scum nearby? If you crop the tree on the far left off, maybe some screener might accept it, you have foreground obstruction of the trailing locomotive and one of the cars, I would dump it

Train is in the middle vertically, crop the top, and also the left.
