Contrast (Low)

My last three submissions have been rejected for this: Contrast (Low): The contrast (relative difference between light/dark areas) is too low, making the image look washed out. What are the screeners looking at and can it be fixed?

Look in the areas under the car bodies which should be dark enough for the shadows to be black. These are not. Try getting those black and see what they look like.
