Default Railfanning and canine companions

Hi folks,

Just wondering: How many of you bring your dogs with you when railfanning?

Meet Noah. (I didn't name him)

We had a tussle 'cause he wanted to drive home after I shot the bridge in Norry.

Naturally we are very careful; keeping him leashed, hydrated and away from tracks, etc. He's getting it; when we sit trackside he is looking up and down the line waiting for a train.

Any other thoughts or pics?

Rich

Rich

As long as he is sober, I don't see a problem... more of a solution.

Somedays I get the best of both worlds. My partner, Deuce, and I get to sit trackside between calls. This shot was taken this morning by a buddy who is also a CSX engineer.
