Comments and suggestions on this reject for bad cropping?

Absolutely not whining as I have had several photos accepted.

Just trying to understand why this was rejected twice (once on appeal) for bad cropping.

Its cropped a bit too close. If you still have to original image, I would leave a little bit more breathing room around the subject. Not too much sky or ground, mind you, but a little more then what you've got there.

I agree. The loco is too close to the right hand side of the picture.
