Default I don't get it.

Ok i normally wont don't worry about shots that don't get on to much, But just don't know why its PEQ ed. And they don't say why it poor Esthetic Quality so i am asking you guys.

Perhaps PEQ because the left side is distracting, even though it's mostly a pole line.

But more importantly, the shot really looks like it's leaning to the left...

Yea but it isn't, In tuff shots i level up with a handheld 9" level from the days of film. I think its my best night shot, not that i can't do better or crop this one. I had to let the train light the shot as it was to dark that night and no stars.

This was the 2 try and 2 PEQ so now its here. I wont re send it in, I think

It may be level, but it doesn't look level (and that's the bottom line). The poles, the two signals closest to you, the signals in the back, the switch boxes...all appear to be leaning to the left which makes it look like the image overall is unlevel...
