Default Hazmat derailment on the Paducah & Louisville

The PAL had a nasty derailment a couple of days ago, with the overnight train from Paducah to Louisville derailing some nasty hazmats. The derailment did not result in any injuries, fire, or explosion; but unfortunately, the cleanup has:


Depending on the length of the cleanup, the PAL may detour some traffic over CSX, but the route they would potentially use was again closed when the explosion and fire occurred.

Track workers working in the vicinity of spilled butadeine? Somebody made a very, very poor decision.
