You need to give up on this one and use it as a learning experience. Keep it for your personal collection and move on. Remember for a RP wedge shot:
1. The rule of thirds is basically a tic tac toe board across the screen. The point where the lines intersect is where you want the main subject. You don't have to take your pictures this way though. Zoom out and include more than you want when taking the picture, then cut down to the rule of the thirds.
2. Do not cut off the train whenever possible. If it does have to be cut off, make sure it is not by the edge of the screen but by something in the picture.
3. Light on as much as the train as possible.
These are just general rules I was taught by these same people when I started out. They are not rules for photography but good guidelines for getting a shot accepted on RP.
