Here are the 3 engines I run. In the foreground is a Proto 2000 GP30 at the head of the local, in the hole for a hotshot intermodal with an Atlas Dash-8 and Athearn GP60M at its head.

I do have 2 more rather old blue-box kits, as well as two IC engines (an Atlas and a Kato) I acquired at some point.

Here is my attempt at photographing my collection in progress. The first is part of my "modern" (90's and early 2000's) freight and Amtrak passanger service. Most pieces are Walthers, Atlas or Athearn with custom details. The CSX, Amtrak Cab Car and Amtrak Cabbage are all custom built and painted.

In case you hadn't noticed I model the northeast and NY/CT areas so of course Metro North has to be included. Again most pieces are Walthers or Athearn. The cab cars are custom detailed, and the "FL9" and the Metro North diesel are custom built and painted.

I have tried to phtotgraph my roster in the display case they are in. I have had to resort to collecting right know since I don't have the room for a layout. My roster consists of mostly GP38s, an SD9, SD46 I think,in BN paint A CW44 again, I think, IN BNSF Orange,A couple Amtrak P42s, and Amtrak FP40.

I started to collect Providence and Worcester since I live in the area that they service and have an Engine House and Paint Shop in my town. On that roster is : Three 8-40-B I have three of the four units that P&W has, I also have 2 GP38s and a I have a U18B on order with Walthers.

I also have a New Haven SD9
I would like to paint my own engines and try to have the entire current roster, unfortunatly I don't have very much success with that. But here it is. I also have several others that are not worth mentioning. When I get I chance I will write down what I have and Get a good pick of both rosters.

I used to have a layout but i moved so much it was costin me too much time to rebuild so i just gave up. One day ill get back at it so for now all of my equipment is stored in boxes in the closet......but anyhow this is what i got....

BNSF SD75M #8251
BNSF C44-9W #986
BNSF C44-9W #645
BNSF SD40-2 #6903
KCS SD50 #708
CEFX SD40-2 #3116 & # 3129 - repainted from NS(#32xx) and CNW(#6935)
White & Black GP50 #3111 -repainted from a BN GP50
Blue & White GP38-2 #3109 - repainted from a BN GP38-2
Blue & Black C44-9W #900 - repainted from CN C44-9W
Blue & Black GP9 #512 - MRL paint scheme with touch ups and renumber

I got a little creative when i was 15 and 16 with the painting and decaling. My only good motor is the KCS 708. Both CEFXs that i painted were my best but i had no railings and other detail(other than decals and paint) for it so its boring.

I have tried several times to Upload a picture of my P&W roster. I can open the window to select my picture and I hit the button to upload. I then get an error saying " Can't display webpage". My internet is working fine because this got posted. Any ideas?

Here's one of mine - Shay No 11 delivers some logs to the sawmills at Dry Creek

It's a Bachmann Spectrum 1:20.3 scale loco and is seen visiting my friend's Rock Ridge & Dry Creek Railroad (actually in Bedfordshire, UK). Here's a link to a youtube film shot on the railway starring an Accucraft Bumble Bee C16 #268 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L5pNINca3ag

My own Sandy Valley Railroad was 'put away' for the winter and has yet to make a reappearance....

Great looking fleets and collections, I get involved in modeling but to many irons in the fire maybe later after I get a couple of more train photos submitted and accepted to RP. Seriously it will be awhile before I can get into collecting this. But great photos and collections envious in Henderson Nevada..Ken
