The Durbin & Greenbrier Valley Railroad recently acquired this RS-11 engine that was a former member of the Louisville, New Albany & Corydon Railroad (LNAC) where is it was not in use for a decade. DGVR plans to put this engine back in service sometime in the future and to give it a new paint job. This unit was originally built in November 1958 for Norfolk and Western and since that time, it has worn different hats as you see Maine Coast on side of the engine as an example. November 2012.
