This observation car was built in 1930 for the Reynolds family as the Winette, then became a MoPac business car and a SCL business car. Back into private hands for the Chicago Envelope company as the Captain Hook in the 1960s. It was reportedly on the Marquette & Huron Mountain, Nicolet Badger & Northern and then languished at the Badger ammunition plant south of Baraboo, WI for many years. This is believed to be the last Pullman built as a purely private car, with other ones built after this as RR business cars. WGNS owner Greg Vreeland had it moved to Spooner for future restoration.
