On the icy cold night of February 6, 2006, Union Pacific 2-8-0 No. 618 steams over the Provo River Bridge near Charleston, Utah This freight train was operated as part of a winter photo shoot held on the Heber Valley Railroad.
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
