Remarks & Notes |
As I was working at my job in the eastern Utah gas fields I was keeping an eye out for any activity on the nearby Deseret Power Ry. but did not see anything. I should have seen a train after a couple of hours as it was the correct time for a return, empty move. So, I decided to check at the power plant, but before I got there my question was answered. I encountered this cute little Loram mini Rail Grinder. It was zipping back and forth apparently finishing up some rough spots. After I took this shot it fled off west into the plant and ended any more photo opportunities. I understand it was built especially for use under catenary hence its small stature. |
