In a scene right out of history, a short local freight is spotted on the outskirts of Topton, on its return from Kutztown. In reality, this is a photo freight run for the Friends of the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania as a part of a "Rambles" trip. The Reading HTh hopper car recently arrived from the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania and has been totally restored, with all the lettering done by hand by Eric Bolton. The "Lehigh Valley" flat car used to be the camp car owned by the Conrail Historical Society, and is actually a Pennsylvania Railroad F30a masquerading as an identical LV car.
