Two units in the collection hang out in a car barn at the Monticello Railway Museum. The 1189 is an F7A built in March 1952 in London, ON by EMD subsidiary GMD, builder number A487 for the Wabash, and worked later for the Norfolk and Western as N&W 3725 until being donated here in the 1980's by the NS.
The 6789 is an MLW FPA4, built in April 1959 by the Montreal Locomotive Works in Canada, builder number 83167. The unit also served as VIA 6789 before going into private ownership. This engine also has a matching B-Unit with it.
