On a cool rainy September evening, in the former Delaware Lackawanna & Western, Scranton Yard, we find the BLW 26 posing next to the sand tower as SC #426 waits in the background. This shot was part of a night photo session at the Steamtown National Historic Site in conjunction with the Lackawanna & Wyoming Valley Railway Historical Society. Lighting was courtesy of Steve Barry, Michael Burkhart, Richard Jahn, and John Gabriel.
Taking a look at the same train and scene as captured by different photographers. The best way to view will be to sort by photo date so the photos are grouped together.
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
