Grand Canyon Railway's Williams Flyer heads south, back to Williams, after taking tourist to Grand Canyon National Park. The pair of F40PHs, ex-Amtrak, notch up as they exit the sag out of Pronghorn, some four miles north of Williams.
The Grand Canyon Railroad, operating a 64-miles former Santa Fe branch to the eponymous natural wonder, is one of the best tourist railroads in the United States. It operates both steam and diesel locomotives.
