Not only is this type of lighting rare, but it only lasts a few minutes when it shows up. It's hard to catch a train, at exactly the time you want it, on a single track main, so I can consider myself lucky that I was positioned at the passing siding near Seymour on this morning to capture the sunrise, as an empty coal train raced westbound.
