In the middle of a rail traffic jam, and a lot of MOW work limits in effect, SC-Dispatcher out of Jacksonville has it's hands full as he get north bound CSX Q512-03 (Waycross,GA-Avon,IN)
lined north down the main 2 track through Bridgeport, AL. The 7,000ft long Avon bound general freight, is following the heel of CSX Z346-04 (NS 25M) a 8, 000ft long NS Haulage right
bear-table train that is bound for Memphis, TN. The haul rights train will have to come to a safe stop in Stevenson, AL to meet the south CSX "Tote" train Q029-03. In the mean time, as soon as Q512 get in the clear, the dispatcher will give CSX Z354-04 (NS 72Z) the signal to proceed south across the Tennessee River on its trek to Chattanooga, which will give way for the other 2 south bound train that is lined up on the main 1 track to move ahead to the next block.
