Chattooga & Chickamauga 102 made its last run on Friday, March 16, 2018. She still sits in the yard at LaFayette, GA, but her stacks are wrapped with plastic garbage bags and parts have already been salvaged off of her to keep other engines going. Rumor has it she will be further stripped of parts and then what remains will be scrapped. Built in 1952 for Chicago and Northwestern, 102 served the CCKY for almost a quarter of a century. This is also the last engine to wear the old CAGY colors.
