Texas State Railroad's RS-2 No. 7 switches some freight cars at a siding just west of the depot at Rusk, TX. The 1947 built Alco RS2, former Union Railroad, is wearing a Southern Pacific inspired livery, paying homage to the Texas and New Orleans, a predecessor of the Southern Pacific. The T&NO operated along this line through a lease with the State of Texas from 1921 until 1962.
