Spring has finally sprung in Plattsburgh, NY on May 19, as Canadian Pacific Railway train 252-19 rolls past the majestic station and blossoming trees. The 252 is led by SD70ACU 7002 and GP20C-ECO 2252 as it heads from Montreal, QC to Saratoga Springs, NY. The Plattsburgh station is a Queen Anne-style red brick multi-story station that has been standing since 1886, when it was constructed for the Delaware and Hudson Railway (D&H). The city purchased the depot in 1982 and turned it over to a developer, Plattsburgh Depot Partnership, on January 18, 1983, and the developer renovated it at that time.
