The stack talk was deafening, as Reading T-1 No. 2102 accelerated a string of hoppers down the Schuylkill Valley. The headlight was off, prototypically, per the Reading experts on hand that day, because they usually didn't turn it on during daylight hours in the days of steam. (The occasion was a runby during the Reading Company Technical & Historical Society / BM&R 1991 railfan weekend.)
