What looks like a Providence & Worcester through freight is Connecticut Southern CSO-4. On a drab winter's afternoon in Windsor, the pair of orange and brown GE locomotives, consisting of a B23-7R and a B39-8 bring 19 cars back to Hartford. Since Genesee & Wyoming owns the CSOR, P&W, and NECR, power is often transferred between the three railroads. Only a handful of locomotives still retain their original Providence & Worcester colors, so it was a nice bonus for this shot.
