Amtrak Train 281 is running a little late due to heat restrictions on the very warm and humid afternoon of Friday, August 27, 2021 with Webb Rail's former New York Central Railroad Babbling Brook (WEBX 800007) holding the markers. The train is seen passing Lock 15 on the Erie Canal in Nelliston, New York as it heads toward Niagara Falls, New York for the weekend. This car was built by Budd in 1949 for service on the "New England States" and traveled this route between Chicago, Illinois and Boston, Massachusetts for many years.
