Auto Train had to dodge some traffic getting into the station this morning, which also held up CSXT local L717, seen pacing Auto Train down their own yard lead, which tried to get out ahead. It will use the handthrow cross over behind 53 to cross over to the Aloma Branch for the day, but usually uses the automated switch north of the SunRail platform to do so. Another CSXT yard job needed the track, so they scooted down out of the way for the "traditional" crossover move.
Amtrak's longest train takes passengers and their vehicles on an overnight trip between Florida and the Northeast while eliminating 850 miles of driving. It is popular with snowbirds and families.
