Express train steamlocomotive A 3/5 # 705 of SBB Historic, built in 1904 by the SLM, nowadays on long term loan to the steam group Zürich (Verein Dampfgruppe Zürich VDZ), crossing the Rhine between Hemishofen and Etzwilen with the international passenger extra from Schaffhausen via Singen (Hohentwiel)/Germany to Etzwilen, organized by RailEvent of Frauenfeld. The cars are former SBB baggage car D 51 85 92-43 014-5, now owned by the Oensingen-Balsthal-Bahn (OeBB), bar car "Schützengarten" WGm 56 80 89-80 010-2 and first class Am 56 80 10-40 360-4 of the IRSI AG. The 254 meter long and 25 meter high Hemishofer viaduct was built in 1875 by the Schweizerische Nationalbahn, as part of the 13,3 kilometer long line Etzwilen-Singen. By the SBB, the never electrified line was shut down in 2004 and is now owned by the foundation Museumsbahn Stein am Rhein – Etzwilen – Hemishofen – Ramsen & Rielasingen – Singen (SEHR & RS).
