Bright Day For A Meet. Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) NYCT Subway 9183 (R-160B Option 1, Kawasaki, 2008-2009) was heading towards Coney Island–Stillwell Avenue on the F Line when it had a moment along side a train of "Brightliner" R-32s led by 3888 (Budd, 1964) while it was returning from a training assignment on Monday, May 20, 2024. To the left is a small portion of the original Culver Line, which led to the 4th Avenue Subway, but in 1954 the Culver Ramp was opened, connecting the elevated to Church Avenue on the IND. In the background, the Manhattan skyline is punctuated by the Freedom Tower.
