As I was standing on the Franklin Avenue Bridge, I kept hear a revving up of an engine, and wondered down the hill to find this. GECX 4400 is now a testbed unit for AC4400/AC6000 locomotives, and is shown here being tested on, in the middle of what looks like an old parking lot with overgrown weeds.
