Pan Am Southern's BFED-26 train is seen rolling along the Connecticut River at Bellows Falls, Vermont, with the Maine Central heritage GP9 - ST #52 - leading MEC GP40 343 and GMTX GP40 3109 - as the train takes two B&M boxcar buffers and 55 empty LPG tanks from the VRS Riverside Yard to the connection with the NECR, where PAS exercises trackage rights to East Northfield, Massachusetts and rejoins the PAS Connecticut River Line. Walpole, NH is visible on the opposite side of the river in the photo.
