This beautiful class 16DA locomotive named Katie, is important as a preserved locomotive, as it is the only current running passenger main line steam locomotive in South Africa. Here she hauls her carriages on her way to Stellenbosch outside of Cape Town on Atlantic Rail's excursion trip running each second Sunday of the month.
