A Wisconsin Electric coal; train waits for a crew on the Monongahela Railway at White Cottage, Pennsylvania. The Super 7’s are on the property, but two of the GP38’s have not yet been sent for trade-in. One of them is teamed here with EMD’s from CNW and CSX. If I recall correctly, this was a blended coal train which has cars that are half full with coal from Consolidated Coal’s Bailey Mine on the Manor Branch. When the crew arrives, the train will proceed to Consolidated’s Blacksville Number 2 mine in Wana, West Virginia to be topped off.
