The RTC told A407 to pull up tight at Tolono in hopes they would fit so they can run 2 out of Champaign south to meet them. Well unfortunately the train is 1 car too long to fit in the 9,984' space, so only 1 train to meet here at Tolono. The train to meet is an U702 "all-rail" ore train bound for the Gulf. These all-rails trains were a contract in October to run 7 trains to Covent, LA, from Minntac Mine in Minnesota. The ore is bound for Europe, and would normally run via Two Harbors and the St. Lawrence Seaway. I believe this is the last train for the contract to load a boat? The train is a hefty 152x0...20,292 tons and running 3x1 DP'd.
