Resting in the New York City Transit Authority (NYCTA) Coney Island Yard during a snowstorm on January 13, 1982 are 35-ton locomotives 11 and 10. The locomotives were built by GE in 1959 and were originally used to power the Speno rail grinding train. No. 11 was scrapped in December 2000, but no. 10 is preserved in the NY Transit Museum collection.
