The clone tool in PS5 or 6 can take care of the problem. It's not the signal they are having an issue with. It's the vegetation. It's just one of those RP.net things that is unique to this site...

Do you have any special characters in the file...
Do you have any special characters in the file name? That will prevent a photo from uploading. I forget what the message is, but if you have an @, *, & etc. in the file name, it will be a no go.
