It's out-- LC 8784 in dress black. But it does have the L&C logo on the cab side, at least. Doesn't look bad, IMO. Granted, the L&C blue would have been quite nice looking, as well.

Not for nothing, but Pennsylvania does have one of the most generous shortline grant programs of any state. Much of what the Reading & Northern is doing to expand service comes from state grants.
