I like how the train is not the primary focus of the photo (at least to me) but adds to it. Seeing this photo made me realize it has been at least 3 years since I have been in the CO mountains. I need to get out there again soon. Also, the river reminded me of my Grandfather who loved to fly fish in rivers like that (not sure if he ever fished near a railroad).

This photo is brilliant. I hope the SLRG get approval to operate a Ski Train, cause the people travelling to Winter Park are missing out on such beautiful scenery just like this. The photo represents Colorado in a way no one else can. The Scenery and of course the Greatest Railroad and one of the best Passenger Trains of all time. Thanks Andrew.

Nice shot! I think this is near Tunnel 30, between Pinecliff and Rollinsville.
