The water is way down this year, but a great shot none the less.

Another winner Colin. PCA votefrom me, but where's the Screener's Choice?
Absolutely amazing, my PCA vote.
That is quite spectacular.
One of the best on this website I have ever seen. Looks like a painting.... I half expect someone to pop up in the middle with their mouth wide open screaming.
I appreciate all the compliments and PCA votes! This is clearly one of my best shots!

A very nice shot! I'm trying to get my bearings at exactly where you were when you made this capture. Those look like Kennecott tailing ponds and by dam I'm assuming you are referring to the raised track bed? Back in the high water times of Normy's pumps, as I remember, UP had a fight with mother nature to keep the grade above water. :-) Or is there actually a dam there to keep the lake out the tailing ponds? Interesting.

R. K, Dazet, It is very hard to remember any road names (if there are any) around there, so the best I can give you is the info that you must drive on a road in the middle of a U.S. Missile testing area, and the latitude/longitude of the end of your journey: 41.220414/-112.873409. Whatever you do, if you decide to go, bring fuel! LOTS of fuel, go with a reliable car and have fun! And one more thing: If the gate to enter the road through the testing area is open, you can go through. The "stop, no trespassing" sign is meant only when the gate is closed.
