What a great year.....this photo is like a time machine to a bygone era!!
Marty, another great scene from Roger, maybe a Woolworth sign? just at the edge
Check out the vehicles in this photo! '62 Impala on the right; '55(?) Ford wagon behind the trolley; early 60's Chevy truck behind it; early 60's Pontiac on the left and an F. W. Woolworth's Department store. Was it really over a half decade ago?
The Pontiac is a '60 Bonneville 2-door hardtop.

Highly likely on 8/27/64, steps away from here, I was on the job at D'Ignazio's Towne House restaurant, about to drive their red '63 Econoline pickup 1.5 blks up this st. (State St.) to A&P for 10 lbs. of fresh-ground 8 O'Clock Coffee + 2 doz. heads of lettuce. Towne House still thrives; the trolley still runs; Red Arrow and A&P are gone. But 8 O'Clock Coffee is available everywhere since Tata of India bought that brand from a dying A&P.
