They're using 3003 for parts, and when the need arises 3011, 3006 3053, and 3004 will also be used for parts or scrapped. These locomotives will sadly never run again. 3000 and 3074 will be gone or stored for parts within at most the next ten years. The crane will also no longer run, the boom was bent and the crane is now useless after it tipped on it's side a few years ago. Got a tour of this whole complex just two days after you took this photo, even got to go in the cab of 3003 and 3074. Great shot love the drone photos.
