Saying goodbye to one of the most beautiful (and dangerous) railroad routes in North America with a private 15+ car train, and at the head end, 3 E units serving as backup for one of the last operating steam locomotives in the USA is going out, Mythbusters style!
(in case you were unaware, in the final Mythbusters episode, their fan favorite experiment was blowing up a cement mixer, and the largest explosion on the show was making diamonds with 4,000 pounds of explosives. so for the end of their final episode, they blew up a cement mixer with 4,001 pounds of explosives, as well as vaporizing a crash test dummy by strapping rockets to his back and rocketing him into a wall)
