I remember being on that street as a little girl. OSCR 104 is heading in the general direction of the old DT&I yard and shop, (the main building is still standing and still displays the "Henry Ford" era DT&I logo). Where the restored station sets was once a rail yard for C&O, (I think). The caboose in the background is a C&O. Yes the water tower does look like an apple. The area used to be well known for it's apple production. They still hold an annual Apple festival every fall.
