Why will the Cascade trains not take this route anymore? Will BNSF locals still run?

The inland route, costing $181 Million, saved 7 minutes of travel time between Olympia and Seattle. The inaugural run, Southbound, derailed, and littered it's competition enough to close the freeway Southbound. It's in the news now. So far six people have been found dead. 18:40 12-18-2017.
